Who CAN'T Undergo Laser Treatment for Bell's Palsy

Bell's palsy is a condition that causes paralysis of the muscles in the face. While the exact cause is unknown, it is believed to be related to nerve damage. Laser therapy is a treatment that uses focused beams of light to stimulate the nerve cells and promote healing. While this therapy is generally safe and effective, there are some people who should not undergo treatment.

People with active infections, cancer, or any other condition that may be worsened by exposure to light should not receive laser therapy. In addition, pregnant women and young children should avoid this treatment due to the potential risks. If you have any questions about whether or not laser therapy is right for you, please consult with your doctor.
